Sefadzi Ahiabu

Sefadzi Ahiabu is a Manager in our firm, bringing over nine (9) years of experience in financial accounting, audit, and credit management. He possesses a diverse background spanning both the financial services and professional accounting sectors, with a strong focus on pensions, credit analysis, and financial reporting.

Prior to joining the firm, Sefadzi served as Assistant Finance Manager and subsequently as Credit Manager at Dalex Finance & Leasing Company Ltd., where he gained valuable experience in financial operations, credit administration, and risk management. His earlier career began as an Audit Associate at J. Mills Lamptey & Co., a firm of Chartered Accountants, where he developed a solid foundation in external audit and compliance.

Since joining our firm, Sefadzi has led and participated in numerous audit and assurance assignments, particularly within the pensions and employee benefit schemes sector. He has been instrumental in audits of Tier 2 and Tier 3 pension schemes for prominent organizations.

His role in these assignments has involved evaluating compliance with the National Pensions Regulatory Authority (NPRA) guidelines, reviewing investment policies, assessing internal controls, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial statements prepared under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Sefadzi is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He holds a Bachelor of Education (Social Science) degree from the University of Cape Coast and an MBA in Finance from the University of Ghana Business School, Legon.
