Felicity is a seasoned Manager at our firm, with over eight (8) years of progressive experience in auditing, financial reporting, and client advisory services. Her professional journey within the firm has been marked by dedication, technical excellence, and a strong commitment to delivering quality assurance services across multiple sectors.

She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG), and possesses in-depth knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), International Standards on Auditing (ISA), and the regulatory frameworks governing both public and private sector entities in Ghana.

Her audit portfolio reflects a broad spectrum of experience, having led and participated in statutory audits, special reviews, and compliance engagements for organizations in industries such as manufacturing, public service, finance, and investment management. Notable assignments include audits of De Heus Ghana, Gold Coast Refinery, Ghana Securities Industry Association, and the National Trust Holding Company Limited. These engagements have deepened her expertise in inventory management, internal control assessments, and the analysis of financial performance in complex operational environments.

She has also provided assurance services to key public sector entities and donor-funded projects such as the Ghana Statistical Development Project, the Microfinance and Small Loans Centre (MASLOC), the Environmental Protection Agency, Ghana Post Company Limited, and the Graphic Communications Group Ltd. Through these engagements, she has developed a strong grasp of government financial reporting structures, compliance requirements, and performance audits.

In the financial services and investment management space, her experience includes audits of EDC Balanced Fund, Fixed Income Fund, Petra Advantage Fund, ECG Tier 3 Pension Fund, and Black Star Advisors Ltd. These assignments required critical evaluation of portfolio valuations, fund performance, regulatory compliance, and financial disclosures, further strengthening her competence in the investment sector.

Additionally, she has been involved in audits of industrial and transport sector entities such as Neoplan Ghana Ltd., which enriched her knowledge of capital asset management, cost allocation, and project accounting.

As a Manager, she is responsible for overseeing audit planning and execution, reviewing audit work for compliance with standards, supervising audit teams, and maintaining client relationships. Her strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and professionalism make her a key contributor to the firm’s reputation for excellence.
